QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR GIFT CARD BALANCE OR PREVIOUS ORDERS?

All return requests must be made within 21 days from the original purchase date, no exceptions.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Julie Bowman at 260.274.1407. All returns must first go through Julie Bowman. Please have your invoice in front of you before calling, as she will require your order number when you call.
Please do not send merchandise back to us without first contacting Julie. If you are returning an online purchase before calling Julie or after the alloted 21 days, a credit will not be issued and it will be up to you to call to have your items returned to you. An additional freight charge will apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It can have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, smoke scent or animal hair. All items must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Outrageous Apparel, Inc. is not responsible for lost or unclaimed gift cards.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received the wrong or defective merchandise you must contact Sales@outrageousapparel.net within 3 days of receiving your item(s). We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please take a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the tag in the image showing it's still attached.
Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
Include the first and last name on order, order # and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team.
